Hi There, Since the last update I can't make the plug-in work at all. What's worse is older session that has the EQ in them won't play sound at all until I bypass all instances of the EQ. When I try to insert the plug-in in a fresh session it immediately mutes all sound upon initiation. Please Help!

Thanks,
-Nir

Did you by any chance download the 1.0.3 update within a few days of its release?  The initial release contained a PPC-specific bug that caused exactly this behavior.  We fixed it within 2 or 3 days and figured bumping the version number again in such a short time would only be confusing.

If it's possible that's the problem, please download the current 1.0.3 again and see if that solves it.

If it doesn't, 1.0.2 is still available here.  In this case please drop us a line so we can troubleshoot what's wrong with the latest update.

Hope this helps,

okay. that worked. thanks.
I love your eq. I think it's one of the best out there, but it would be of a great help and time saver if you could please notify us by e-mail about major bugs/fixes like that. I think it was more confusing that you haven't changed the version number because I had no way of knowing there was a problem in the first place.
I've lost many hours of work trying to match mixes I've had done before just so I could bounce another version of the mix. not to mention all the time I had to sit red-faced in front of the client trying to figure out and then explain to him what is wrong with his song.
