Mix knob going to 100% in Pro Tools

I hate to bombard....I know you're short on staff but there's something up with the mix knob in Pro Tools.  If I switch drives it goes to 100% and I have both the presets in RR AND my own saved presets in the PT plugin settings>Redline Reverb folder too.  Shouldn't it save settings in the DAW?  The other thing is that all the presets have the mix knob at 25%.  Is this by design or is it instability?
