My password does not work, what do I do?
You will find an option: 'Forgot your password?' under the form on the login page. Fill in the email address you used when you registered. You will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve or reset your password.
If you don't use that email address anymore, then yes, you are in a deadlock. You need to login to change your registered email address, and since you forgot your password, you can't login. In that case contact us at support@112db.com. Don't forget to mention the email address you used to sign up.
